Ranovate already has a validator - https://github.com/renovatebot/renovate/blob/main/docs/usage/config-validation.md
Switch the validation in CI to this one.
Since all repos will need to/should validate their own config, create a shared action that everyone can adopt.

Delete Branch "%!s()"

Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
